Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of ohdsh.com.
Effective date: 2026-09-10 · Version 1.0

1. Agreement and changes
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Oh! dsh team ("we", "us") — operator of ohdsh.com — whenever you access the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is always the one published on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
2. What the Site is
Oh! dsh is an independent information resource about the DeepSeek Harness ecosystem: a curated plugin directory, guides, documentation, blog posts and the DSH Weekly newsletter. The Site provides information only. It has no user accounts, no payment services, and no hosted software. We are not affiliated with DeepSeek or with any plugin author, and content about third-party products does not constitute endorsement.
3. Intellectual property
Our original text, graphics, layout and other Site content are © Oh! dsh, all rights reserved, unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts from our content for non-commercial purposes with attribution to ohdsh.com. You may not republish substantial portions of the Site, or misrepresent our content as your own, without prior written permission.
Names and logos of third parties — including DeepSeek, DeepSeek Harness, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others — are trademarks of their respective owners. Plugin directory entries, code snippets and repositories belong to their respective authors and are governed by their own licences (many are MIT-licensed); listing a plugin does not transfer any rights in it, and you should review each project's licence before use.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Site you agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- scrape or bulk-copy content in ways that materially burden the Site;
- use the newsletter forms to subscribe third parties without their consent;
- use the Site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful material;
- impersonate us or misrepresent your affiliation with the Site.
5. Newsletter subscription
Subscribing to DSH Weekly is optional and free. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email, or by contacting [email protected]. How we handle the email address you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party content and links
The Site links to external resources — GitHub repositories, plugin websites, documentation and third-party articles. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement, and you access external sites at your own risk under their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The DeepSeek Harness ecosystem changes quickly: guides, benchmarks, prices and version notes we publish may become outdated without notice. Nothing on the Site is legal, security, financial or professional advice; decisions about your own systems and data remain your responsibility. Software linked from the Site carries its own licences and risks.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption — arising from your use of the Site, its content, or third-party resources linked from it, even if we were advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Before any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
10. Contact and severability
Questions about these Terms: [email protected]. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its intent.
